Return Policy

No Refund/Cancellation/Postponement Policy for Registrations

Once paid, registration fees for memberships and other events are non-refundable. If a registrant desires to
reschedule his or her attendance at a conference, webinar or event, a registration is transferable to another conference, webinar or event hosted by The Society of Anaesthetists of Zambia, its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors or assigns (“SAZ”, “we” or “us”) so long as registrant provides us with at least thirty (30) days written or electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to transfer the registration. Your rescheduled conference, webinar or event must take place within one (1) year from the original seminar or event date. A transfer certificate will be saved in your personal record with SAZ in value to the Kwacha/ Kwacha equivalent amount paid for the original registration. An administrative fee of ZMW50 will apply in the event you transfer your conference, webinar or event date as permitted above.

Sale or transfer of membership or credits is not permitted. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a conference, webinar or related event(s) in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a conference, webinar or event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed conference, webinar or event to within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a cancelled or postponed conference, webinar or event shall be applicable to the rescheduled conference, webinar or event on a Kwacha for Kwacha basis only. In the event SAZ elects not to reschedule the cancelled conference, webinar or event, the registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fee(s) already paid. SAZ is not responsible for airline tickets, hotels costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes.
Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.

Conference, webinar or event dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. SAZ reserves the right to change any and all instructors for each conference, webinar or event without notice.
By registering for a conference, webinar or event, you acknowledge that SAZ does not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee as to whether you will ultimately attain sufficient understanding and knowledge to become a practitioner of SAZ. Regardless of whether you become a practitioner, once paid, the registration fee becomes non-refundable. Any right to a refund is not dependent on whether you become a practitioner of SAZ.

Registration Confirmations
You will receive a conference, webinar or event and hotel/venue Information Letter via email by two weeks before the scheduled dates of your conference, webinar or event. If you have not received it by two weeks before the scheduled dates of your conference, webinar or event, please contact the SAZ on +260 963 520763 or email info@saz.co.zm.

 

Payment Information
The fees shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to tax, as
applicable. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards and Mobile Money payments. A payment charged to your debit/credit card account is processed in Zambian funds at the then applicable foreign currency exchange rate, if the price shown is denominated in a currency other than ZMW. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between bank exchange rates, bank card exchange rates, Internet posted exchange rates, etc.
Checks & Money Orders are not currently accepted online. If you are unable to pay using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards or Mobile Money please contact us on +260 963 520763 to make alternate payment arrangements.

Tax Matters
If you are making your payment from within the Zambia or from another country, this document is your Tax Invoice and a copy should be retained for taxation purposes where applicable.
